The Mary Gilkey Library in Dayton, OR is seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) Library / Youth Service Assistant. Under the supervision of the Library Director, provide customer service; assist in shelving and pulling library materials; and checking materials in/out. Responsibilities may also include pushing heavy book carts, reading, stooping, and repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and arms. Basic troubleshooting of library technology. The Youth Services component will include overseeing aspects of the Summer Reading Program, Story Time, afterschool STEAM projects, and programs of your own creation. EOE $14.50 per hour, hours will be Tuesday-Friday 12:00p.m. – 5:00p.m.
