Warehouse Coordinator (7/29/21)

This position is responsible for coordinating the UO Libraries’ warehouse/dock/mailroom operations with one classified staff (.50 FTE) and 2-4 students. This position must organize incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries from vendors, patrons, and libraries. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for compiling all receiving and shipping records, ensuring input accuracy into the IRIS (library staff intranet) purchase request and receiving system as well as the FedEx and UPS systems, and reporting the output to supervision and management. Further responsibilities include coordination of movement of all incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and mail to their final destination, reporting and tracking of capital assets and high-risk inventory, inventory and ordering of supply items, and overall management of the shipping/receiving area, including coordination and training for other employees.
