Eugene Public Library is seeking collaborative and passionate full-time librarians. Librarians create and maintain positive relationships with patrons, staff and the community, plan and present dynamic community programs, and strive to increase access for all patrons. As active curators of print and digital collections, librarians select and maintain diverse collections. The successful candidate will be a fierce equity, diversity, and inclusion champion who is forward-thinking, creative, adaptable, and who is committed to developing innovative services that foster library and community collaboration and connection. We are big enough to be well-funded, but small enough to be an incubator for exploration and innovation.
