Eastern Oregon University Library, located in La Grande Oregon, is hiring a Library Director.  The application deadline is May 16th, and the anticipated start date is July first.  

The EOU Library Director is responsible for the overall administration, planning, staffing, budget development and implementation, assessment, and policy development for library services, collections and facility. This position is charged with setting and following a strategic direction for the Library as well as participating in meetings of academic affairs leadership in order to aid in the accomplishment of the Division of Academic Affairs strategic goals and priorities. Provides supervision for 11 library staff and 25 student workers. In addition to overseeing the main-campus Library, the Library Director oversees relationships with Orbis Cascade Council, library benefactors, deans, and on-campus and online user groups (faculty and students).
