The Library is seeking a dynamic professional who can guide a dedicated paraprofessional team to the highest levels, as well as identify and lead change in the Library. The successful candidate will have a strong record of supervision, as well as a detailed knowledge of cataloging and technical services, merchandising and customer service.  The ideal candidate will have experience motivating and coaching a staff to exceed customer expectations and will be self-motivated and eager to create efficiencies within the Library, always working to improve the customer experience. We are searching for someone who will foster an open, collaborative work environment that allows all employees and volunteers to serve library users to the best of their abilities.
