The HR and Administrative Manager provides essential human resources and administrative management to UO Libraries. They will support and facilitate effective communication, high standards of workplace conduct, and interpersonal problem-solving with high levels of confidentiality, sensitivity, and cultural awareness. The position is expected to use diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility frameworks in every part of its responsibilities.
The HR and Administrative Manager manages and provides hands-on work for all aspects of HR operations for UO Libraries. They will also manage projects for Libraries’ strategic initiatives, plan and execute administrative processes, and recommend and implement process improvements.
