Manages all aspects of the Multistate Center East contract. Provides specialized services to NLS
Network affiliated regional libraries, subregional libraries, and machine lending agencies
including: customer service, currency reader, audio conversion, “Beyond Recall”, book
circulation, machine lending, inventory management, audio production services, and quality
assurance consultation/reviews to volunteer produced audio books and magazines.
