The Director serves as the Executive Officer of the Community Library Network and reports to the Board of Trustees. The Director provides the highest level of executive leadership and with integrity, honesty, and knowledge, promotes the culture and mission of the Community Library Network. The primary functions are to deliver excellent member experiences to all community libraries while adhering to District policy as set by the Board of Trustees, state law, and federal law. The Director must be forward thinking, able to anticipate future library service and technology needs, and use initiative and creativity to implement change across the District.
