The primary role of the District Library/Media TOSA [teacher on special assignment] is to provide training, support, and leadership for SPS school library programs and the integration of instructional technology. The District Library/Media TOSA engages with district and school personnel to lead the articulation of the connection between information literacy and classroom instruction. Essential job functions include library collection development, training and support of library staff, library automation system support, instructional technology implementation, and curriculum support.
