The Adult Services Librarian II serves as a lead worker for the Library’s Adult Services division.  In addition to your individual collection development and programming duties, you will also be responsible for leading a team of librarians and library assistants and coordinating day-to-day activities of the Adult Services division including collection development, programming, outreach, and reference desk services. You’ll work closely with Library Management, other Team Leads and staff in other Library divisions to review policies and procedures, identify opportunities for efficiencies and standardization, collaborate on library-wide projects and events, and help maintain a cooperative, friendly, and fun work environment.
