Description: Reporting to the Access Services and Assessment Librarian, the Resource Sharing & Fulfillment Systems Lead manages Resource Sharing and Fulfillment Systems workflows, some system configuration to share resources regionally and globally, for increased access to knowledge and information. The RSF Systems Lead monitors and implements software system configurations, upgrades, and new releases of ExLibris, and other relevant software in cooperation with the Access Services Librarian and other library staff and faculty as appropriate.

The RS&F Lead performs work with both a high degree of independence and in collaboration with other library faculty and staff, using a high degree of specialized technical knowledge, complex problem-solving skills, advanced communication and public service skills, and comprehensive library policy and operations expertise. The Resource Sharing and Fulfillment Systems Lead position is one of three full-time classified staff in the Access Services work area that report directly to the Access Services Librarian.
