Description: Are you passionate about creating inclusive, engaging library experiences that reflect the diverse cultural, linguistic, and social needs of our communities? Are you a fluent Spanish speaker? Sno-Isle Libraries is seeking a Manager of Programs, Services, and Impact to lead the design and delivery of programs and services that promote equitable access and meaningful engagement.

This role oversees youth services, library programming, reference services, and multilingual (Spanish Fluency required) and culturally responsive services. You will support and guide innovative program experiences, strengthen community partnerships, and empower staff to deliver welcoming, high-quality services for all ages.
