Description: The Adult Services Manager will provide leadership for and manage staff and operations related to adult services at Vancouver Community Library, with a primary emphasis on adult programming and information services. These services include, but are not limited to, adult reference and reader’s advisory, adult programming, information services including TeleInfo and LibAnswers, and adult collection management. This position will work with the Branch Manager to support, plan, and implement adult-focused programs; oversee adult collections in support of service and programming goals; and participate in the management of the branch.

This position will also represent the branch and library district in the community and will be integral in sustaining positive relationships with adult patrons, service partners, and community organizations.
