Description: The Youth Services Manager will provide leadership for and manage staff and operations related to youth services at Vancouver Community Library, with a primary focus on the design, coordination, and delivery of high-quality youth and family programming. These services include, but are not limited to early learning, school-age, and teen programs; outreach and community-based programming; youth reference and reader’s advisory; and youth collection management in direct support of program goals. This position will work closely with the Branch Manager to plan, implement, and evaluate youth-focused programs; align collections and services to enhance program outcomes; and contribute to the overall management of the branch.

This position will also represent the branch and library district in youth-serving community spaces and will be central to building and sustaining strong relationships with children, teens, families, schools, and community partners through responsive, inclusive, and community-centered programming
