Description: FVRLibraries is seeking a full-time Assistant Public Services Director to join our Public Services team. The Assistant Public Services Director will provide leadership and operational management of district-wide public services, programming, and outreach. This position will supervise assigned branch managers and designated staff within the Programming & Outreach department, ensuring consistent, high-quality services across the district.

The role works closely with the Deputy Director to align operations with district priorities and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and special projects, as well as cultivating community partnerships and guiding innovative service initiatives. The Assistant Public Services Director represents FVRL in the community and serves as a key leader in advancing equitable, customer-focused services throughout the district.
