Description: The Library Web Services & Technology Manager provides technical leadership, expertise, and direction for PCC Library digital services, including the Library website, servers, applications, and third-party tools. The incumbent manages a small specialized group that supports the Library’s technical infrastructure and systems. The incumbent will leverage the extensive experience and skills of their team to deliver quality outcomes. The team works in collaboration with library employees and college partners to maintain and develop the Library’s online presence with a focus on user experience, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
