Description: This 15-hour-per-week position will work with a team of Public Service Assistants, Library Associates, Pages, and Librarians to provide skilled paraprofessional library support services, including general reference, circulation services, and technology troubleshooting. The selected candidate may serve as Person-In-Charge for periods of time. The successful candidate will have excellent direct customer service experience, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, and will be experienced and prepared to assist customers with a range of technology and library resources. This position is part of a bargaining unit represented by AFSCME Council 2.
