Description: This position will support our mission by ensuring that library systems and integrations work seamlessly for the people who use them. This position will serve as a subject matter expert on WCCLS’s integrated library system (ILS), Polaris, and discovery layer, BiblioCore, while also supporting numerous other integrations, including online resources, ebook applications, streaming video, automated messaging, and data clean-up services. With an emphasis on patron experience, access, and usability, this role focuses on how system behavior and stability affects real people and public service outcomes for the whole community.
