Access Services & Assessment Librarian (Open until filled)

Description: The Access Services and Assessment Librarian at the J.W. Long Library is responsible for managing all areas of Access Services, including circulation, course reserves, interlibrary loan, and consortial borrowing and lending (Summit). Additionally, the librarian coordinates the implementation of a comprehensive and strategic assessment program within the J.W. Long Library, in consultation with the Director. The incumbent will supervise a team of approximately 15 student employees who work at the Law Library Circulation Desk, and is responsible for monitoring library use and security. The incumbent plans, communicates and implements policies and procedures to support Access Services, and coordinates with the Director to design and implement the assessment program. This position requires working occasional evening and weekend shifts when classes are in session.
