Description: The Newberg Public Library is looking for a customer-service oriented person to work at the library in an on-call capacity.

This position will include working on all three service desks: Circulation, Children’s Services, and the Information Desk. The successful candidate will engage with all members of the public from infants to Senior Citizens and must have basic computer skills to help at public computers.

A general understanding of the busy and fast-paced nature of libraries is preferred. On-call positions do not have guaranteed weekly hours or a fixed shift. On-call workers may turn down offered hours according to their personal schedules. Hours may be offered to on-call staff one month to an hour ahead of time, depending on staffing needs.

$19.97 – $25.56 Hourly
