Description: The Assistant Director of Programming, Outreach and Partnerships provides leadership and direction for district-wide programming, library outreach, and community partnerships. The position leads the Programming and Outreach Department, establishing standards, practices, and priorities to ensure consistent, high-quality services across the district. The Assistant Director works closely with the Deputy Director to align these functions with district priorities and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
