Description: The University of Portland, Clark Library, invites applications for the role of Serials & Electronic Resources Specialist, a key position supporting
student and faculty research across all academic disciplines. This
full-time role is central to maintaining access to the library’s print and
electronic continuing resources throughout their lifecycles.

Working closely with colleagues in Collection Services and liaison
librarians, the person in this position will handle tasks such as ordering,
invoicing, receiving, activation, subscription maintenance, and
troubleshooting. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that the
library’s collections remain accurate, accessible, and responsive to the
needs of the campus community.
