Description: The Public Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing visitors’ services and circulation workflows at the Aloha Community Library, including upholding Washington County Cooperative Library Services policies and procedures; establishing and upholding local policies and procedures for operation of the Public Services Department and library use; supervising and assisting assigned staff and volunteers in performing various activities involved in daily operations; providing direct service to patrons, including answering account, technology, basic reference, and readers’ advisory questions; and other related work as required.
