Description: This is a full-time licensed position. The K-12 District Library Media Specialist will provide direct support for all district Media Assistants and Media Center Technicians on a rotational basis for the following areas: communication regarding duties and work environment, instruction and supervision for ordering, collection maintenance according to building needs (including discarding outdated/damaged materials), adherence to budget, assistance in monthly district meetings, communication or relevant library media information, communication with district supervisors, and building principals. The K-12 District Library Media Specialist will also design and support the district curriculum.
