The Deschutes Public Library is accepting applications for a Collection Development Librarian to serve Deschutes County. This positions both supports and is supported by the Library’s entire Technical Services team.

This position is responsible for the selection, development and maintenance of the Library’s Adults Fiction collection.

Successful candidates will have prior proven experience in technical services and/or a public library setting, together with extensive knowledge of professional library principles, practices, and standards as they pertain to collection development.
