Description: WCCLS is hiring a Collections Supervisor for the Collections and Technical Services team. The Collections Supervisor will build strong working relationships across the cooperative and lead with excellent communication skills and project management experience. This role is responsible for providing collaborative strategic direction for how physical and digital collections are selected, managed, and distributed across the cooperative and will engage in collection analysis, provide resource oversight, build strong vendor relations, and work closely with the WCCLS Collections team.

This role is well suited to a collaborative, systems thinking leader who values data informed selection, creating new workflows and processes that center patron experience, and creating strong partnerships with library stakeholders.
